Valle Vento is a long-term impact project which works on how best to improve local, regenerative, and small-scale farming. We operate as a living laboratory, demonstrating that agriculture can improve soil health, biodiversity, and ecosystem resilience — all under real productive conditions.
Our work is built on three interconnected pillars: Land & food, where we integrate adaptive farming with circular gastronomy; Community, fostering connections among locals and the broader regenerative network; and Knowledge, where we share our learnings.
We believe regeneration is a continuous, dynamic process rather than a fixed destination. By documenting our experiments, including any challenges, we bridge the gap between theory and application.
The future of the planet lies in sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the land remains fertile for future generations.
This is Valle Vento.
